There’s always time for a little self-reflection.
Maybe a quiet walk alone in the early morning before everyone else in the house wakes up? Some private time plucked like a stolen apple from an over-extended schedule?
I think the key is to not let life rush by like some roiling river. But rather to stop every once in awhile to dip your cupped hands and savor its deliciousness, letting your whole self notice what is happening, right here, right now.
